Galaxy IT Hardware Technologies is an IT hardware maintenance solutions provider in Asia Pacific with offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, Brunei and USA.
We are looking for several experienced sales professionals to join our growing sales team in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the performance of services to clients as agreed in the contract and ensure that the service level are achieved
- Managed Field Engineers, Project and Process
- Define service level agreements (SLA’S) related to contracted services
- To manage the IT Service Delivery team, taking responsibility for service desk and operational support services
- Ensure SLA’s are achieved and client expectations are met
- To build services relationships with clients
- To ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
- To provide reports to an agreed schedule, including management and account performance reports
- Attend client’s service review meetings; including performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes
- To provide support in ad-hoc project delivery as and when required
Requirements :
- Diploma /Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing IT infrastructure projects and implementations
- Technically sound and experienced in different aspects of IT Infrastructure & in ITIL
- Strong communication skill & soft skill to provide excellent customer service
- Willing to travel
